How Long Does it Take to Get My Rebate?

However, some merchants take longer to report this data back to us, and it could take up to 30 days or until their return policy period has expired.
After the transaction has been recorded, it will be marked as "pending" until the merchant tells us that the sale has been finalized. This is needed in case you wish to return the products you purchased and may take up to 90 days depending on how long the merchant allows returns. Once it has been finalized, the status will change to "available".

Can I Use the Coupons on InkBates and Still Get Cash Back?
Yes! Feel free to use any of the coupon codes and special deals listed on Inkbates to help you save even more money. That's what they are there for and you will still get cash back rebates on the amount you spent! However, we cannot guarantee cash back if you use coupon codes that are NOT listed on InkBates, since the merchant may not give us a commission on those purchases.

How Do I Make Sure My Purchases are Tracked?
Short Answer: Make sure you start at InkBates, log in, and then click through to the merchant's site from here before you buy anything.
Long Answer: You will only earn cash back rebates for purchases if you start at InkBates, log in to your account, and then click to the merchant from our site. Our merchants do not allow us to give rebates if you did not start at InkBates and click through to the merchant's site from here. Also, if you click through to the merchant's site from InkBates, but then surf to another site on the Web before going back to the merchant's site to make your purchase, we cannot guarantee that we can track it properly. You must click through from InkBates every time you shop at one of our merchant sites. If you use multiple windows for browsing, then make sure the window where you are shopping was created directly from clicking a link on InkBates. Lastly, make sure you have cookies turned on in your browser and that your browser's security settings will not prevent us from tracking your purchase. You can check by clicking a link and then checking your account to see if the click was logegd. If we cannot track your purchase for any reason, we unfortunately will not be able to credit your account with a rebate.

Will I Get Cash Back on All Purchases?
You will receive cash back on almost every purchase you make that originated from a click on InkBates. See above for details. However, merchants occasionally do not allow us to give rebates on certain items, such as gift certificates and a few other select specialty items, but these cases are very rare. Please note that we do not give rebates on taxes, shipping, or any part that is purchased using coupons, discount codes or gift certificates. Also, if you make a purchase using the telephone, we will not be able to track it and cannot give a cash back rebate in this case.

How Do I Check the Status of My Rebates?
Simply log in to your account, and you will be able to view all your transactions, pending and available rebates, and even each click that you made to a merchant web site. You can also submit a rebate request from here.

How Do I Return My Purchases?
If you need to return a purchase for any reason, simply follow the instructions for the merchant you purchased from. They will let us know that they processed a return and your pending cash back rebate will simply be cancelled.
